Azelis acquired Lidorr Elements in 2023, one of Israel's leading specialty chemical distributors in crop-protection, industrial materials, and care & nutrition. 

Founded in 1970, Lidorr Elements is headquartered in the Ramat Hasharon, a suburb of Tel Aviv. The company also has a logistics and laboratory facility in Beit Shemesh in the south of the country. Lidorr’s wide portfolio of hundreds of products significantly strengthens Azelis’ lateral value chain in the Agricultural & Environmental Solutions as well as in Advanced Materials & Additives market segments.

The acquisition expands Azelis’ footprint in Israel, further building on its growing network in the region following the acquisition of Orokia in 2020.

Orokia is an Israel-based specialty chemicals distributor active in multiple market segments. The acquisition created a unique combination of Azelis’ innovation & formulation potential and international reach on one side and the strong local presence, regional expertise and excellent reputation of Orokia on the other. 

Founded in 2005, Orokia is located in Netanya. It is a leading distributor of specialty chemicals to a wide range of industrial sectors in the Israeli market. This acquisition enlarged Azelis' footprint in the Middle East and introduced Azelis as a company in Israel. The company carries forward a century-long tradition of quality and service, and it operates modern and efficient facilities. Orokia offers a flexible, highly reactive service coupled with a comprehensive logistics network. 

Orokia's business is built around its key market segments Specialty Agri/Horti,  Animal Nutrition, Home- and Personal Care, Food & Health, Pharma, CASE, RPA and Lubricants. Orokia sources products from a solid base of major chemical manufacturers in the role of exclusive distributor and agent to the Israeli market.
