
Azelis celebrates two wins of C&T Allē Awards for innovative Personal Care formulations

Customers can meet evolving consumer demands for convenience, performance and environmental responsibility, as shown in Azelis’ award-winning solutions ”Foam in the Sun Organic Sunscreen” and “Soothing Ingrown Hair Treatment.”

DeWolf, an Azelis company, won the Prototype – Sun/Light Protection category for the formulation, ”Foam in the Sun Organic Sunscreen,” created by Amanda Lam, Development Chemist. This luxurious, light foam-textured sunscreen offers SPF 25 broad-spectrum protection without the need for aerosol or BOV technologies. Designed for on-the-go application, it leaves zero white cast, making it suitable for all skin tones. The formulation was also developed with sustainability at the forefront, reducing VOC emissions and highlighting COSMOS- and ECOCERT-approved ingredients, aligning with the growing consumer demand for eco-conscious sun solutions.
Ross Organic, an Azelis company, won the Prototype – Wellness category for the formulation, “Soothing Ingrown Hair Treatment,” created by Renee Tam, Development Chemist. This targeted roll-on formulation absorbs quickly to soothe skin and reduce ingrown hair concerns. Developed as part of an innovative approach to intimate care, it not only treats existing ingrown hairs but also helps prevent future occurrences, promoting smoother skin between hair removal treatments. With 87.3% natural origin content, the formulation features biodegradable and sustainable ingredients, aligning with our commitment to high-performance and eco-conscious solutions.
